Allie is a Psychologist registered with AHPRA and the Australian Psychological Society. Allie completed her Bachelor of Psychology degree through Charles Sturt University in Bathurst. Allie has experience working across the lifespan and within a variety of settings, including corrective services, occupational rehabilitation, out-of-home care and in community mental health. Allie works with children and parents and has special interests in working with individuals 14 years and over with PTSD, Complex PTSD, Personality Disorders, and Anxiety. Allie also has an interest in supporting parents and families through infertility and during the postnatal period. Allie has completed specialised training in perinatal and postnatal treatment through The Centre of Perinatal Excellence and Seleni Institute. Using therapeutic frameworks such as CBT, DBT, ACT and Narrative Therapy, Allie prides herself on creating a safe place for her clients that leads to a collaborative and strengths-based therapeutic approach. Allie has completed EMDR Training (Level 1) and EMDR Training for Children and Adolescents (Level 2 - Advanced).Although you can self-refer so no GP referral is necessary, Allie is also a Medicare registered psychologist so you will receive a rebate of $96.65 if you are referred under a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and if you have private health insurance you may be able to claim some of the cost of sessions back from your insurer (dependant on your level of cover). TELEHEALTH SESSIONS ONLY. Amanda is working one day a week with us on Mondays afternoons via zoom. Amanda received her four-year degree in psychology from the University of New England. She trained in a variety of clinical settings, including a child and adolescent outpatient unit, residential care settings, and private practice. The focus of her clinical training has been providing individual and group therapy, as well as conducting psychological assessments (including, cognitive, personality, and ADHD assessments). Amanda is currently completing her AHPRA accredited psychologist internship at Mindspot Psychology & EMDR under the direct supervision of Board Approved Supervisor, Natalie Single, Principal Psychologist. The scope of her career includes working in a residential care setting with adolescents presenting with complex trauma, emerging personality traits, and grief and loss. Amanda also provides Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training in out-of-home care and disability settings. She has spent her time working in private practice, providing Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR - Level 1 training) and psychological assessments for children and adults. Amanda has a special interest in treating older children, teens and adults with anxiety, mood and personality disorders, including social anxiety, generalised anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, agoraphobia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression. She also works with clients struggling to make difficult life transitions. Amanda uses evidence-based techniques to overcome problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Amanda has completed Level 1 EMDR therapy training for trauma. Therapy is tailored to meet each individual's specific needs and short-term goals, as well as help clients to build tools for long-term balance and well-being. Gail is a registered psychologist who completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) through Charles Sturt University. Gail has experience working with teens and adults in a variety of settings, including private practice, in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation centre, in inpatient (acute and sub-acute) mental health settings and non-government organisations. Gail is a warm and compassionate therapist who works with individuals 14 years and over experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, C-PTSD, and bipolar disorder. Gail believes in working collaboratively with her clients to enhance their connection to self and others. Her approach to therapy is informed by many different modalities and areas of knowledge including, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), schema therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and self-compassion. Julie received her four-year post-graduate qualification in Psychology from Charles Sturt University and is now working toward completion of the internship to full registration as a Psychologist. Julie’s motivated by the desire to work with children, teens, adults and families who feel trapped in patterns of behaviour, thoughts and feelings which prevent them from living their most meaningful life. Julie has worked in a range of settings including corrective services, community mental health rehabilitation, community development and health promotion, education, church leadership and ministry and as an Associate Lecturer at The University of Sydney. One of the highlights in Julie’s professional career was living and working in Eastern Nepal as a Volunteer Australian Youth Ambassador for Development. Her work involved suicide prevention and depression awareness. Julie believes in working alongside clients to help them develop of life full of richness and achieve meaningful life goals. Julie has completed training in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT) and uses a range of strategies targeted to the needs of the individual or family life circumstances. Julie has also completed EMDR (Level 1) training and EMDR Training for Children and Adolescents (Level 2 - Advanced). Julie works 3 days a week from 9 to 4.30pm.

Natalia has just completed her Masters in Clinical Psychology and is therefore a Clinical Psychology Registrar working at Mindspot Psychology and EMDR. Natalia has also a Masters in Special Education, Graduate Certificate in Autism Studies and Diagnosis and is currently completing a Degree in Speech Therapy. Natalia currently only has vacancies via zoom and does offer some appointments up to 9pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Natalia has a special interest in treating children, teens and adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, including social anxiety, generalised anxiety, phobias, panic disorder, OCD, agoraphobia, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and personality disorders. Being a mum to five children of her own, Natalia also enjoys working with parents, to manage their children's behaviours and emotions. Natalia also enjoys working with clients struggling to make difficult life transitions. Natalia uses evidence-based techniques to overcome problematic thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and improve and meet goals, and improve well-being and quality of life. Natalie is a Psychologist (Clinical Psychology Registrar) with over 10 years of therapeutic experience working with children, teens, and adults in primary, secondary, and tertiary educational settings. Natalie has also worked as a Psychologist in Private Practice and with Headspace. Natalie now mainly works with adults with difficulties with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, phobias, ADHD, PTSD, complex PTSD, perinatal and postnatal anxiety, and coaching parents with children with emotional or behavioural challenges. Natalie has also recently completed a master's degree in clinical psychology. Natalie is an Accredited EMDR Practitioner, Member of the International Association of Schema Therapy, the Australia Association of Psychologists, and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. Natalie is a registered provider of psychological services for the Medicare Better Access Scheme, Medicare Eating Disorders Treatment Plans and, Medicare Perinatal Counselling Services. Natalie uses a variety of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
